AD Environmental Ltd have been employed to supply, install and commission electrical, mechanical, plumbing and air conditioning systems forming internal fit out at a small retail unit.
AD Environmental completed a design and build contracted works to suit internal layout.
Electrical systems include main panel board (after 3P+N TNC-S 400A landlord supply isolator) and 1 No. distribution board along with all fixed wiring circuits.
LED feature lighting, ‘Small Power’, CAT6E Network, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm along with kitchen and mechanical power supplies have been designed, installed, commissioned, tested and certified as per current 18th Edition IEE Regulations.
Mechanical systems including Domestic Hot & Cold Water services have been designed, installed, commissioned and certified as per current regulations.
Heating and cooling systems have been designed using Hitachi Centrifugal VRF (Internal Condenser) Units. Associated DX pipework has been routed through internal ceiling voids. All pipework has been subject to rigorous pressure testing and commissioning.
