AD Environmental Ltd have been employed to supply, install and commission electrical, mechanical, gas, plumbing and air conditioning systems forming internal fit out at Unit 4A, 1 New Oxford Street, London WC1
AD Environmental completed design and build contracted works to suit internal layout.
Electrical systems include main panel board (after a 3P+N TNC-S 400A Landlord supply isolator) and 2 No. sub distribution boards; one located on the mezzanine floor and an additional board in the basement.
LED feature lighting, commercial lighting, emergency lighting, ‘Small Power’, CAT6E Network, CCTV & Fire Alarm along with kitchen and mechanical power supplies have been designed, installed & commissioned. Testing and certification as per current 18th Edition IEE Regulations has been completed.
Heating and cooling systems (excluding ventilation) have been designed using Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF with simultaneous heating and cooling to all floors. DX pipework has been routed from basement through a landlord riser to the roof top plant area. All pipework has been subject to rigorous pressure testing and commissioning.
Mechanical systems including Domestic Hot & Cold Water services have been designed, installed, commissioned and certified as per current regulations.
