All works were completed ‘in house’ including design, installation , commissioning, demolition, building fabric works, mechanical, electrical and air conditioning. The nightclub, restaurant, cocktail bar and commercial kitchen spaces was cleverly separated into modern, self-contained, purpose built office spaces, with high speed fibre internet, CCTV security and access control, lift, bicycle parking along with air conditioned and individually metered units.
To maximise the available letting space a mezzanine floor was constructed within what was once the main bar and nightclub hall.
Each self contained studio space featured kitchenette, toilet and showering facilities.
AD Environmental Ltd dealt with all statute requirements including planning, CDM, health & safety and building control.
The project proved a great success, we chose to up root from our Pocklington roots and become resident in Studio 5 on the ground floor.
